Two evenings of free screenings are coming up in Brighton at the end of this month...
Friday 29th October - The Stereoscope (part I) at Studio Ping Pong (our friend Rupert Noble's studio) on Brunswick Street West, Hove, featuring Stereo-East, Take Wing, Stationary, Dimensions of Jersey, Wrestle, Surrounds and Clouded. Doors are at 7.30 and the screenings start at 8pm and will run until around 10pm with an interval in the middle somewhere. This event is part of Brighton Photo Fringe.
Saturday 30th October - The Stereoscope (part II) at Regency Town House, Brunswick Square, Hove featuring BN3 running on a loop all evening between 8pm and midnight. This event is part of White Night, and you can see the Permanent Gallery's Photo Fringe show upstairs too.

Shot the stereo footage for the Cambridge Film Festival over the last couple of days. Now we have to process and edit the video by the middle of next week. Edric Brown (of La Frange and Dead Seagull Press fame) will be composing a soundtrack from some field recordings made during the shoot. If you saw the Brighton stereo time-lapse films he composed and recorded the soundtrack to the West Pier film, and he appears on the finetuned Signal CD
The resulting film - as yet untitled - and soundtrack can be seen and heard at the Grafton Centre between Friday 17th and Sunday 19th September, and then at Grand Arcade on Friday 24th and Saturday 25th September. Full details will be available on the Cambridge Film Festival website shortly, or download the flyer
